(THUNDER BAY, ON) – It’s the Canada Day long weekend REAL Concerned Citizens, and for that we are thankful. Thankful for the celebrations and the extra day off, except for the gas prices and incoming weather.
Beginning overnight tonight, we have a rainy thunderstorm forecasted, which should taper off into just a raining morning/afternoon. Tomorrow evening the skies should clear up, providing some partly cloudy skies with a small chance of scattered showers.
Monday will provide some summer relief to the wet and soggy long weekend, with temperatures soaring to +26C, but feeling more like +29C. The afternoon will be mainly sunny and mostly awesome for swimming in our many rivers and lakes.
Here are your local gas prices, and as almost always, the Superstore Gas Bar on Memorial Ave is the cheapest in town, in a tie with the two Shells, Petro-Canada, and the Safeway Gas Bar, all on Arthur Street, and then Fort William First Nation is cheaper over all, with K&A Gas Bar coming in the lowest at $1.249.
