(VIDEO) South Algoma Flailer: Day Two – The Flail Continues

(THUNDER BAY, ON) โ€“ย Another day and another flail-show from the South Algoma Flailer. Residents in the community are concerned with the impact their children will endure seeing this behaviour.

This woman, untreated and unchecked for what appears to be a drug abuse induced flail will surely have her health decline over time. If you have a family member with an active drug addiction, please take note that this and worse is how they may end up. Encourage recovery.

From what multiple sources in the neighbourhood have said is that this woman is a daily occurrence in this area, but she isnโ€™t the only one. There seems to be an issue with people flailing out in public, where little children can see them. That is when their addiction issue isnโ€™t only harming themselves, but now it is harming others, including children. Keep your drug use and flailing indoors, please.

There are random flailers that flail through that part of town, possibly only flailing in the moment from drugs that they purchased and used in the area.

If anyone knows this woman, please reach out to her and see if she is ready to change her life for the better. We also wouldnโ€™t mind hearing from anyone that knows her directly to get her story and some more information.

The area of town is home to numerous drug houses loaded with drug dealers supplying addicts with the drug of their choice. We have been told that within a 5-minute walk from this location you can acquire just about any drug. Police will raid a drug house and within a week to a month another one opens up down the street.

How can we mitigate the new trend of people flailing about around town? Leave your thoughts in the comment section.

Do you flail out when youโ€™re doing hard drugs? Do you want to sober up and stop scaring everyone around you with your flail/drug abuse? Reach out to the Thunder Bay Counselling Centre at 807-684-1880 and ask them about how you can break the cycle of addiction.

Below is the video of the woman in question on todayโ€™s flail. If you have footage of any flailers out in public view, send it into our newsroom at tips@trcctb.com.

  1. Last summer we had flailer in our front yard garden. We watched to see what she was doing.. She was doing much of the same things as the young woman in the video.. She noticed us in the window during a spin and turned around to leave the yard but, knocked over a birdbath filled with seed. It had rained the day before and if anyone has smelt or touched old wet seed… youโ€™ll know itโ€™s putrid. She realized what she had done and with her bare hands she scooped it off the ground and back to the dish. Ohhh, the faces she made when she smelt that. We have since dubbed her as the garden fairy.

    1. Iโ€™m wondering the same. Iโ€™m an ex addict and I have never seen this in my day. Iโ€™ve seen some crazy shit, but nothing like that. Itโ€™s probably a mixture of drugs, said to be meth or coke. Idk ๐Ÿ˜

  2. I wonder why itโ€™s always show female are doing this. What do males do when they take this shit. Letโ€™s have a flaying party people. Like really why would you take this stuff ? Doesnโ€™t seem like a good time to me.

  3. This is so very sad. I worry about her jumping out in front of a car. Would the police not get her medical attention? It appears the same as Flakka videos Iโ€™ve seen before

  4. If a flailer flails themselves into traffic and get run over, who is legally at fault? Secondly, that apartment building is renown for drug dealers. Why canโ€™t the cops just start kicking down doors to see whoโ€™s supplying this shit? Cops have the right under the new laws to intervene when they suspect illegal activity with no warrant needed. SWAT should be doing this across this city at all the known drug outlets.
