(THUNDER BAY, ON) – ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR ROBERT JOHN SIMS.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS HAS NOT REQUESTED PUBLIC ASSISTANCE YET.
Schedule to appear for trial in courtroom 102 this morning, Wednesday March 6,2018 for trial is 29 year old ROBERT JOHN SIMS.
ROBERT JOHN SIMS is a white male, 6’3” tall, 180lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Her Honour, Justice Chantal Brochu is presiding. Crown Attorney Gordon Fillmore is present along with Defence Attorney Ann Pollock.
SIMS is accused of stabbing and robbing a random man for cash on December 17,2017. The public was never notified of this attack.
ROBERT JOHN SIMS IS NOT IN COURT. HIS SURETY HAS REVOKED.
Pollock has received information that the whereabouts of her client is unknown. Court is also notified that SIMS mother (his surety while on bail) notified police a few nights ago that her son was gone and not known where. She revoked her status as surety.
All witnesses are present for the trial. Only the accused is missing.

Strangely enough, on July 17,2017 SIMS was featured on Wanted Wednesday for breach of probation.
