WOMAN FEATURED ON WANTED WEDNESDAY FOR IMPAIRED DRIVING IS FOUND WITH CRACK COCAINE IN HER POSSESSION AT POLICE STATION. HER WANTED WEDNESDAY POSTER WAS TAKEN DOWN MONTHS AGO, BUT SHE WAS ARRESTED YESTERDAY.
Another stellar job by the Director of Communications at TBPS.
Appearing this morning, Saturday December 29,2018 via video from the TBPS Station in Courtroom 104 is 59 year old BONNIE LYNN LUBUK.
It’s W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today. Her Worship, Anna Gibbon is presiding. Provincial Crown Gordon Fillmore is here along with Federal Crown Arturo Acosta and Duty Counsels Andrew Desmoulin and Aranka Golphy.
LUBUK was arrested by TBPS yesterday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
LUBUK WAS FEATURED ON WANTED WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 19,2018 AND HAD HER PICTURE TAKEN DOWN SHORTLY AFTER.
BUT SHE WAS NOT ARRESTED UNTIL YESTERDAY ???
INSIDE EDITION SAVED A COPY OF THAT PICTURE.
Do you think the Director of Communications at TBPS is doing his job properly? Or is he telling lies to the public?
The court hears that LUBUK was initially arrested on December 24,2017 for impaired driving. She allegedly had a crack cocaine pipe in her possession during the arrest. She was charged and released with future court date. She allegedly failed to appear for court.
The Wanted Wednesday poster of her went up in September and came down shortly after, even though she was not located or arrested.
TBPS officers executed arrest warrant on her yesterday. Upon arrival at Balmoral Station, a more extensive search was done of LUBUK and a quantity of crack cocaine was located.
Both Crowns are consenting for LUBUK to be released on 500$ no deposit bail to go live at her home in the 1400 block of Murray Avenue. She must report to the TBPS in person every Friday and she has future court date of January 22,2019.
No media release from the Director of Communications on this arrest. Why did he take the Wanted Wednesday poster down months ago if she wasn’t arrested until yesterday?
MAYBE CHIEF HAUTH SHOULD LOOK INTO WHAT HER DIRECTOR IS DOING.
