(THUNDER BAY, ON) – The Thunder Bay Police Service responded to a report of a fight in progress at an infamous Windsor Street Compelx shortly before 8:30 pm on October 19th, 2018.
The incident involved two male youths who had a dispute, but ended up leaving the scene before officers could arrive.
Residents in the area seen a machete and a bat being wielded during the altercation.
City police had managed to locate the two males shortly there after.
Police charged a 14-year-old male with:
- Assault with a weapon
- Possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public
The youth was released, in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
